Amber Charkha – 2 Spindle

The two spindle Amber Charkha is the smallest machine in the Amber range — a compact, hand operated spinning frame for household spinners, training centres and demonstration use.

It works on the same principle as the larger eight and ten spindle machines: the puni is drafted through a roller and apron drafting system, and the yarn is twisted and wound onto the bobbin by a spinning ring and traveller, with the whole machine driven from a single hand crank.

• Two spindles, hand cranked
• Roller and apron drafting with top arm pressure
• Ring and traveller spinning, as on the 8 and 10 spindle models
• Suited to household spinning, training and demonstration work
• Full parts list maintained and spares supplied from stock

Gearing, count range and production figures for this model are supplied on request. Supplied by Texmart, the industrial essentials brand of Patco Exports Pvt. Ltd., Navi Mumbai. Trade and institutional pricing on request.
